Study of Extraction and Isolation of Isoflavone from Soybean Residue

  • Objective In order to extract isoflavones of soybean from soybean residue,which has important biological activities.Methods Tests were carried out to select the best absorbent resin and extracting solvent.Results After using 70% C2H5OH to extract,NKA-9 resin was used to absorb and isolate the isoflavones of soybean.Conclusion Test could reduce the cost with safer and simpler extraction and isolation techniques of isoflavones.
