Application of CD69+/NKG2D+ in health food evaluation

  •   Objective   To apply the peripheral blood NKcell CD69+/NKG2D+ in the imunity function evaluation of health food.
      Methods   To build the positive control through treated with levamisole25 mg/(kg bw)by oral feeding for 3d;Peripher al blood NKcell Sub cluster CD69+ /NKG2D+, spleen NKcell activity test were carried out to investigate the ef fects of protein powder0.83, 1.67 mg/(kg·bw)on NKcellular immunity function of mice.
      Results   Compared with the negative control, activity of spleen NKcell and peripheral blood NKcell sub cluster CD69- /NKG2D+ and CD69+ /NKG2D+ of Levamisole group and0.83, 1.67 mg/(kg·bw)group were all significantly increased.
      Conclusion   Levamiso le has en hancingeffects on the NKcellular immunity function of mice, and can be used as the positive control in the imunit y function evaluation of health food; The results of the peripheral blood NKcell CD69+ /NKG2D+ and the traditional test for activity of NKcell have good coherence, and the former method has good susceptiv ity and applicat ion value in the NKcellular immunity function ev aluation of health food.
