Preparation of poly(DL-α-alanine)modified electrode and its application

  Objective   To establish a new method for the determination of dopamine using modified electrode.

  Methods   In pH6.0 phosphate buffer solution, the poly(DLalanine)modified electrode was prepared using cyclic voltammetric method.The voltammetric behavior of dopamine and electrochemical analysis method determination of dopamine were studied at the poly(DLalanine)mo dified electrode.

  Results   In pH7.0 phosphate buffer solution, the linear rang for the deter mina tion of dopamine were 1.0×10^-4~1.0×10^-6mol/L, 1.0×10^-6~8.0×10^-9mol/L, The detection limit was 1.0×10^-9 mol/L.

  Conclusion   The metheod is simple, rapid and sensitive.The method is applied to the deter mination of dopamine in the drug with satisfactory results.
