Study on inducement and antibacterial characterization of antibacterial proteins in Musca domestica larvae

  •   Objective   To observe the rule of antibacterial activity and the antibacterial characterization of the ant ibacterial proteins in the Musca domestica larvae by different inducements. To provide the experiment proof for the antibacterial proteins producing and application of the Musca domestica larvae.
Methods   the Musca domestica larvae were induced by four factors, antibacterial prot eins were separated from the tissue homogenate at the different time, detected their antibacterial activity to observe the peak of the antibacterial proteins.Several different bacteria were used as detecting index to detect the antibacterial character ization of antibacterial proteins which induced by four inducements.
Results   the antibacterial proteins o f antibacterial activity of four induced groups were better than control group, and the peak of antibacter ial activity appeared at 36~48 h after induced by four inducements'these ant ibacterial proteins could inhabit many bacteria(including some Gram-epositive, Grame-negative bacteria and rifampin resistant E.coli), but ant ibacterial activity were different.
Conclusion   the peak of antibacter ial proteins in the Musca domestica larvae by different inducements appeared at different time, and could inhibit diversiform bacteria.
