Objective To evaluate the effects of the polyphenols of Vitis amurensis Rupron injured vascularendothelium cells.
Methods The experiment were performed in culture of H2O2-induced human umbilical vein endothelium cell(ECV) in vitro.Cell viability was assessed by MT Tassay.Radioimmunoassay was used to assess the released level of endothelin-1(ET-1)and prostacyclin(PGI2).
Results H2O2 inhibited the ECVproliferation.Pre-incubation of ECVwith the polyphenols of Vitis amurensis Ruprbefore H2O2 exposure significantly increased the cell viability, the polyphenols of Vitis amurensis Ruprreduced LDH, ET-1 and increased the level of PGI2 in H2O2-induced ECV.
Conclusion The po lyphenols of Vitis amurensis Ruprcan produce the protective action on injured ECV.
