Objective To evaluate the health system responsiveness of Zhengzhou city and to explore the association between the different anthropological backg round and health system responsiveness.
Methods Stratified sampling was taken to select five polyclinics.The questionnaire was "residents health and health system responsiveness" designed by WHO.The nonparametric analysis such as Mann-Whitney Test was applied to evaluate health system responsiveness of Zhengzhou city, and the method of canonical correlation was applied to explore the association of anthropological backaround and health system responsiveness.
Results In the seven facets of the health system responsiveness, the elementary environment was appraised comparatively lower, the correlation between anthropological background of the residents and health system responsiveness was found out, and the coefficient of the correlation was 0.286(P < 0.05).
Conclusion The improvement of the environment of the hospital should be paid more attention, and the development of health system responsiveness was a continuous and changing process.
