Objective To know risk factors of malign blood system disease.
Methods A case-control study was conducted, 150 cases of malign blood system disease and 150 health controls were surveyed by questionnaire.Conditional Logistic regression model was used to analyze risk factors.
Results Home decoration for 3 years or more (OR=60.89), busy roads nearby the home (OR=5.172), chemical plant nearby the home (OR=25.257), chemical glue contact history (OR=13.522), petrol contact history (OR=7.486), agricnltural chemical contact history (OR=4.421), father drink and smoke before pregnancy (OR=2.259), high age of pregnancy (OR=5.891) were the risk factors of malign blood system disease.
Conclusion The development of malign blood system disease was related to environmental air pollution, harmful substance contact history and parents influence factors.Strengthening the control of the risk factors was suggested to reduce the incidence of malign blood system disease.
