Abstract
Objective To study the antiproliferative effects of antibiotic peptide from the skin of Chinese forest frog on gastric cancer cell lines SGC-7901 in vit ro.Methods The gastric cancer cell lines SGC27901 be used as the model in vitro. The cell morphological observing,M TT,mitotic indexexperiment and clone formation experiment be adopted to study the inhibition effect of antibiotic peptide. Results In cell morphological observing the cell quantity decreased, holes appeared on the cellular membrane and upfloated dead cell increased in the antibiotic peptide group. In the MTT experiment speed of cell proliferation stepped down as concentration of antibiotic peptide increased and action time extended in dose-and time-dependent.The antibiotic peptide from the skin of Chinese forest frog had significant inhibition effect on cell SGC27901 mitotic division and clone formation(P<0.01).Conclusion The antibiotic peptide from the skin of Chinese forest frog has significant inhibition effect on gastric cancer cell lines SGC27901 proliferation.
