Combined effects of lead and cadmium on peroxidation of endoirine in kidneys of rats

Objective To explore the combined effects of lead and cadmium on peroxidation of endoirine in kidneys of rats.Methods The control group was lavaged with distilled water,while the lead exposure group was lavaged lead acetate with lead of 0.88%,the cadmium exposure group was lavaged cadmium chloride with cadmium of 0.3%,the combined exposure group was lavaged with the mixture of the lead exposure group and the cadmium exposure group.The targets on peroxidation of endorine were measured.Results All of the poisoned groups had the effect of peroxidation of endoirine,especially in combined exposure group.Conclusion The combined effects of and cadmuim on peroxidation of in kidneys of rats represent synergism.
