Development of ELISA-kit of quantitative analysis for fumonisin B1

  • Objective To develop a rapid,sensitive,quantitative EL ISA-kit for detection of fumonisin B1 in cereals.Methods It was determined by indirect competitive inhibition enzyme-linked immunosor bant assay on the base of monoclonal antibodies against fumonisin B1.Results The limited concentration of detection was 5 ng/ml,linear range was 50~500 ng/ml,the linear equation w as Y=-01 582x+11 793,(r=0.99,P<0.05).There was no cross reaction with deoxynivalenol(DON),zearalenone(ZEN)and T-2toxin.The recovery rate of spiked maize was among 71.89% ~112.95%,and mean recovery rate was 100.23%.The kit can be stored at normal temperature in 225 days,and coefficient of variant within -laboratory and between-laboratory was less than 20%.Conclusion The EL ISA-kit was simple,fast,sensitive and can meet the demand of practical work.
