Evaluation on immunogenicity of inactivated influenza virus vaccine in 2006

Objective To evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of influenza inactivated(split)virus vaccine.Methods An observasion was carried out to compare the safety,seroconversion rates and geometric meantiter(GMT)incr ease of inactivated influenza virus vaccine.Results The reaction rates of the vaccine was 1.59%.The seroconversion rate of type H1N1,H3N2 and Bantibody was 79.54%,64.77%,64.20% respectively.GMT of type H1N1,H3N2 and B increased averagely 13.6,8.2,7.2 times.The antibody protective rate of type H1N1,H3N2 and B was 97.72%,93.75%,96.59%."Yuganning" and "Fluarix" had no statistically siginificant difference.Conclusion Inactivated influenza virus vaccine was safe and had good immunogenicity.
