Effect of antimicrobial peptides extracted from insects on tumor cell Daudi

Objective To investigate of anonicrobial peptide of insect against tumor cell Daudi.Methods The peptides from the insect were induced by bacteria infection with a needle puncture and isolated and purified by grinding,centrifugalization and chromatography.Results The results demonstrated that the peptides could kill the tumor cell Daudi.Conclusion The effect of the peptides could make it possible to develop a new kind of anti-tumordmg.
