Study on rural residents’life satisfaction and its influencing factors

Objective To study life satisfaction status and its influencing factors among rural residents.Methods 1 443 rural residents were randomly selected from Tongliao in Inner Mongolia,Chaohu in Anhui and Jiman in Shandong by stratified sameling method and were surveyed by self-made questionnaire.The data were analyzed with SPSS 15.0.Results 69.01 percent of rural residents was very satisfied or satisfied to their life Influencing factors were marital status,education level,self-rated health status,household income,character and attitude towards life.Conclusion It is of great significance to inprove rural residents' life satisfaction by inproving their physical and mental health status and increasing their household in come.
