Analysis on contamination of visceral meat and milk in Nanning markets

Objective To understand the contamination of antibiotics,hormones,heavy metal residues in meat an milk sampled from markets in Nanning city.Methods Specimens of chicken,duck,pigliver and fresh milk were sampled randomly from the markets.Hormone residues in the samples were detected with EL ISA.Arsenic was detected with hydride generation a tomic fluo rescence spectrometry.Lead was detected by dithizone spectrop hotometer determination.Cadmium was detected by grap hite furnace a tomic absorption spectrome try.Results A total of 371 specimens was collected from 8 markets.All specimens of chicken liver were contaminated withs tilbes trol and 81.82% of them with a rsenic.Duck liver,pig liver and fresh milk were detected with different levels of contaminants.Conclusion The contaimination of visceral meat and milk in the markets of Nanning cityis serious.
