Detection of virulence factors of Y.pestis along Qinghai-Tibet railway

Objective To detect virulence factors of Y.pestis of along Qinghai-Tibet railway.Methods Reverse hemagglutination test was used for identification of Fral.The Y.pseudotuberculosis sensitive to PstI and the bacteriostastic ring were used for identification of PstI.The low-calcium medium was used for identification of Vwa and Jackson-Burrows medium was used for identification of Pgm.Results The Y.pestis of along Qinghai-Tibet railway contain PstⅠ⁺,Vwa⁺,FraⅠ⁺,Pgm⁺ in the experiment.Conclusion All strains detected are high virulent strain considering the geographic area and the host.
