Well-being feeling and its influence factor among medical workers in general hospital

  • Objective To get the infoun anon about the well-being feeling and its influence factors among medical workers in general hospital.Methods Multiple happiness questionnairewas used to examine 390 subjects working in People's Hospital of Jiangxi province.Results The score of totalwell-being was 6.30±1.19 and there was no remarkable difference between male and female The score (6.30±1.20) of married people showed statistically significant difference from that of ummarried people (6.29±1.20,t=2.13,P<0.05).The seore(5.61±2.04) of the people with senior qualificanon was significantly higher than those (6.45±1.07,6.37±0.89) of the people with junior or secondary qualification (F=9.93,P<0.01).The seore(6.90±0.84) of the postgarduates or people with higher education degree was significantly different from those(6.21±1.27,6.31±1.05) of undergmnduates and people with lower education.The score was positively correlated with sparetin a and negatively correlated with the occupational stress among the subjects.Conclusion There are many effective factors that can change one's well-being feeling G wing more concerns to the well-bing of medical personnel and solving the key problems they meet are critical for the promotion ofwell-being fellings inmedicalworkers.
