Correlations between four serum lipid indicators in different types of hyperlipemia

  • Objective To compare the community-based self-management model and category management model for the treatment and effective management of hypertension patients. Methods According to community-based randomized controlled trial designation,413 voluntary participants with hypertention were randomly divided in to self-management group(the experimental group)and three category management group(the control group). After six months, the change of blood pressure and blood pressu recontrol rates of the two groups were compared. Results The expe rimental group showed a dereased ratio of severe hypertention patients(from 29.32% to 17.31%),better than that of the control group(from 31.71% to 23.42%,P<0.05).The blood pressure control rate of the experimental group increased from 23.60% to 57.20%,better than that of the control group(from 26.80% to 36.60%,P<0.01).Conclusion The community-based hypertension self-management model is more effective in the improvement of blood pressure control than the category management model.
