Abstract

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of AMB on mouse S₁₈₀ tumor cell apoptosis in vitro.
Methods S₁₈₀ tumor cells were treated with the water extract of AMB in different concentrations and cultivated in vitro for 12h and 24h.
Results The apoptosis rate of mouse S₁₈₀ tuor cells treated with AMB at the concentration of 500mg/ml for 24 h was 43.28%.The apoptosis-inducing effect of AMB was dose-dependent and reaction time dependent.
Conclusion AMB can kill mouse S₁₈₀ tumor cells by inducing cell apoptosis and inhibit S₁₈₀ tumor cells DNA synthesize.
