Objective To find out the prevalence and influencing factor of hyperlipemia, hypertension and diabetes in middle-old-aged population in Nanjing.
Methods A questionaire survey and medical check-up were conducted among 1 017 residents in community.Then data from investigation were analyzed by statistical software.
Results The standardized prevalence rates of hyperlipemia, hypertension and diabetes were 53.07%, 27.75% and 6.22% separately.62.44 percent of the samples were suffered from at least one kind of diseases above.Body mass index(BMI), waist/hipratio(WHR)and degree of culture were associated significantly with chronic diseases.
Conclusion It was important to decrease prevalence of chronic diseases by controlling BMI and WHR in middle-old-age population.
