Objective To study the cell molecular mechanism of cadmium-induced renal damage.
Methods With Cadmium dose 1.4 mg/kg Cd2+ by celiac injection to make renal damage model in order to observe relation between renal damage and changes of intracellular calcium content.
Results The content of protein, N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase in urine increased continually, GFR decreased, the intracellular calcium increased relatively.
Conclusion The damage of intracellular calcium homeostasis leaded to the renal function disorder.
