Objective To probe the model of psychological health education in college students and to improve the psychological health level.
Methods With stratified group sampling, the college students accepted different psychological health education involving in psychological education, psychological prevention, psychological training.SCL-90 scores before education were compared with those after the education.
Results After practicing the education model, all the 8 psychological factor scores were lower than those before education with significance at 0.05 level in imposition, interpersonal relationship, anxiety, horror, crankiness.
Conclusion The education model practiced in college would be effective to keep psychological health, to benefit psychological development, to improve psychological endurance.
