Study on effect of isoflavone on lipid metabolism and bone metabolism of ovariectomized rats

    Abstract
  •   Objective   By using ovariectomized rats as postmenopausal model to examine the influence of isonavone on rat's lipid metabolism and bone metabolism.
      Methods   The rats were operated to ablate double ovaries and given different dosage isoflavone.After 4 months later, blood serum was separated to determine analytical targets.
      Results   Isoflavone can increase the level of HDL and bone formation index AKP and BGP, and decrease the level of TC and bone absorption index STrACP.It didn't have obvious effect on the blood estrogen.
      Conclusion   Isoflavone can adjust the rat's lipid metabolism and bone metabolism.
