Study on immune effect and persistence of bivalent inactivated vaccine with different immune schedule on epidemic hemorrhagic fever

  •   Objective   To observe the immune effect of bivalent inactivated vaccine on epidemic hemorrhagic fever with different schedules, to determine the best immune schedules further.
Methods   To use the method of epidemiological experiment.According to the principle of random, 158 children aged 10-12 and IFAT antibody negative were divided into 5 groups and allocated different immune process. The serum after being immunized two weeks and 0.5, 6, 12, 24 month and 2 years were collected after a booster and indirect immunofluorescent method and Mcro-CEP method and the antibody in the serum was detected.
Results   The effect of bivalent inactivated vaccine on epidemic hemorrhagic fever with two doses in 0, 14 days compared with three doses in 0, 7, 28 days existed no difference between them for two weeks to two years after being immunized. The effect of the vaccine with two doses in 0, 14 days and a booster in 6 month compared with three doses in 0, 7, 28 days and a booster in 6 month existed no difference between them either. The effects to give a booster in 6 month were better than no booster in 1-2 years after being immunized. After the primary immunization for 2 years, a booster was given to all groups. The prevalence and GMT of antibody was increasing quickly.
Conclusion   The immune process of three doses(0, 7, 28 dyas)may be simplified to become the immune process of two doses(0, 14 days). It was better to give a booster in 6 month.
