The Effeet of Sagittaria a gittifolia on Changes of NO THF in Rats of CLL4 Experimental Liver Fibrosis

In order to investigate the implication of dynamichanges ofnitric oxide(NO) in rats of experimental liver fibrosis.The rat models of liver fibrosis were induced by CLL₄.NO,TNF in serum and cultured peritoneal macrophages were measuredat 4,8 and 12 week.l were gradually increasing.Especially,the NO and TNF level In serum and I deglee group with sagittaria sagittifolia was significantly decreased cxrmpare with positive control group.
