The Evaluation of Economic Losses Due to Hunan Health Damage from Air Pollution in Hangzhou

In order to study quantitative relatpnship bettween air pollution and encomiic losses due to human health damage, we section several easurable disease indexes Which had final conclusion based on those monitory data over the yeas. Cross section environment ental epldem iological studies were made both in exposure andcontrol area esectively. Mkorecover, we surrveyed the medical treament nursing costs and the losses of labor tin a due to related diseases in four local hospitals Using cnrrectedhulnan capitalm ethod in this paper we calvulated the ecxmomic losses frun ail' polhxtion that was 780 million yuan The result shows that it is a practicable way to calculate the economic losses frun air poihtion using corrected human capitalm ethod in combination with enviroun ental epidem iological study.
