南通市免疫规划人员工作满意度及影响因素调查

Job satisfaction and its influencing factors among staff engaged in planning immunization: an online survey in Nantong city

    目的 了解南通市免疫规划人员工作满意度及其影响因素,为调整和制定相关政策、提高免疫规划人员工作满意度提供参考依据。
    方法  于 2021 年 10 月 — 2022 年 6 月,采用随机抽样方式,在南通市10 个县(市、区)共 9 家疾病预防控制中心和106家预防接种门诊中,选取市、县、乡三级免疫规划人员,对其工作满意度情况(包括工作情况、工作环境、工作回报、工作价值、工作生活平衡 5 个维度)进行问卷调查,采用李克特五级评分法测量工作满意度(分为非常不满意、不满意、一般、满意、非常满意,分别计 1~5 分),采用多因素logistic回归分析工作满意度影响因素。
    结果 共回收有效问卷1 015份,有效应答率为 98.35%。南通市免疫规划人员工作总体满意度为(3.60 ± 0.68)分,其中工作生活平衡维度的满意度最高(3.72 ± 0.71)分,工作回报满意度最低(3.32 ± 0.82)分。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,月收入、每周休息时长、工作压力是南通市免疫规划人员工作满意度的主要影响因素(P < 0.05),月收入为5 001~10 000元(OR = 1.51)及10 000元以上(OR = 5.30)、每周休息1~ ≤ 2 d(OR = 1.58)、工作压力中等(OR = 2.96)的免疫规划人员工作满意度较高(P < 0.05)。
    结论 南通市免疫规划人员工作总体满意度处于中等水平,但工作回报满意度较低,需要提高月收入水平、保障充足的休息时间、适度减轻工作压力,以提高免疫规划人员的工作满意度。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To investigate job satisfaction and its influencing factors among staff engaged in planning immunization in Nantong city for adjusting and formulating relevant policies.
    Methods An online survey was conducted from October 2021 through June 2022, utilizing random sampling among staff engaged in planning immunization recruited from nine disease prevention control centers and 106 vaccination clinics at city/county/township levels in Nantong city. A self-designed questionnaire assessing overall job satisfaction and its dimensions (work situation/environment/reward/value, and work-life balance) was employed, employing a five-point Likert scale ranging from very dissatisfied to very satisfied was adopted in the questionnaire. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to examine the factors influencing job satisfaction.
    Results For the 1015 (98.35% of the staff surveyed) valid responders, the score of overall job satisfaction was 3.60 ± 0.68, with the highest dimensional score of 3.72 ± 0.71 for work-life balance and the lowest of 3.32 ± 0.82 for work reward. The results of the multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that monthly income, weekly rest day, and work stress were significant influencing factors on job satisfaction for the staff (all P < 0.05) and staff members with following characteristics were more likely to have a higher job satisfaction: a monthly income of 5 001 to 10 000 Chinese yuan (odds ratio OR = 1.51) or more than 10 000 yuan (OR = 5.30), weekly rest period of 1 – 2 days (OR = 1.58), and moderate work stress (OR = 2.96) (P < 0.05 for all).
    Conclusion The overall job satisfaction is at a medium level but the satisfaction to work reward is low among staff engaged in immunization planning in Nantong city. The results need to be concerned for improving job satisfaction in the staff.
