登革热追踪溯源分析技术研究进展

Research advances in the methods for tracing the origins of dengue fever outbreaks:a review

  • 摘要: 本综述探讨和总结了现有的登革热追踪溯源分析方法,包括流行病学、基因组学、登革病毒的分子进化与传播溯源和地理信息系统(GIS)技术等。这些方法从不同角度揭示了登革热病毒的传播路径、病毒变异和宿主适应性。本文介绍了这些方法在不同地理区域和时间尺度上的适用性,进一步分析这些方法在实际应用中的优缺点,为未来溯源新技术的研发提供思路和借鉴,提高对登革热传播机制的理解,为登革热疫情的溯源、预测和控制提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: This study explores and summarizes existing analytical methods for tracing the origins of dengue fever, including the techniques based on epidemiology, genomics, molecular phylogeny of the dengue virus, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). These approaches reveal the transmission routes, mutations, and host adaptation of the dengue virus from different perspectives. This paper introduces the applicability of these methods across different geographical regions and temporal scales and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these methods in practical applications to provide insights for the development of novel tracing technologies in the future. The aim is to enhance the understanding about the transmission mechanisms of dengue fever and offer technical support for the tracing, prediction, and control of dengue fever outbreaks.
