抗炎饮食对男性精液质量影响研究进展

Research progress in the effects of anti-inflammatory diets on male semen quality: a review

  • 摘要: 全球男性生育力正呈持续下降趋势,炎症被认为是精液质量受损的关键因素。饮食作为生活方式的关键组成部分,与炎症水平密切相关,其中抗炎饮食在调节炎症方面具有潜在价值。文献研究表明,炎症通过诱发氧化应激和升高促炎细胞因子水平,导致精子数量减少、活力和浓度下降,并伴随DNA损伤和细胞凋亡。抗炎饮食可通过多种途径缓解炎症状态,从而提升精子数量、活力和浓度,改善精液质量。本综述系统梳理了精液质量与炎症的关联、抗炎饮食的作用机制及其在改善男性生育力方面的研究进展,以期为男性不育的预防和生育力保护促进提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Global male fertility is experiencing a continuous decline, and inflammation is considered a key factor contributing to impaired semen quality. As a critical component of lifestyle, diets are closely associated with inflammation levels, among which anti-inflammatory diets hold potential value in modulating inflammation. Evidence from the literature indicates that inflammation induces oxidative stress and elevates pro-inflammatory cytokine levels, leading to reduced sperm count, motility, and concentration, accompanied by DNA damage and apoptosis. Anti-inflammatory diets can alleviate inflammatory states through multiple pathways, thereby improving sperm count, motility, and concentration, and ultimately enhancing semen quality. This review systematically summarizes the relationship between semen quality and inflammation, the mechanisms of anti-inflammatory diets, and research progress regarding the role of anti-inflammatory diets in improving male fertility, with the aim of providing a theoretical basis for the prevention of male infertility and the promotion of fertility preservation.
