摘要: 0.1、1、10μg/L表皮生长因子(EGF)24h预处理及同时处理均增高Hela细胞对顺铂敏感性尤以EGF预处理更明显;10μg/LEGF24h预处理可增高Hela细胞对铂(Pt)的摄入速率.提示Pt摄入速率增高可能是细胞对顺铂敏感性增高的原因.Abstract: Sensitivity of Hela cells to cisplatin was enhanced by 24h previously or simutaneously treated with 0.1、1、10μg/L EG F,especially treated previously.The rate of Pt uptake was increased by 10μg/L EGF pre-treated.The results sugg est that enhanced Pt uptake may contribute to enhanced sensitivity to cisplat in.
