Abstract: The health protection with antionxidation and reducing blood lipid of Lotus Rush Pitches Refreshing Tea in rats was studied.Sixty five waster's rats were selected,and randomly divided into hollow control group,positive control group and three experimental observation groups.The results showed that after drinking Lotus Rush Pitches Refreshing Tea for 8 weeks,the LPO levels in serum in experimental observation group were obviously lower than experimental control group,the SOD activities in RBC were significantly increased,the TG and TC levels in serum in experimental observation group were obviously lower than experimental control group.It was suggested that Lotus Rush Pitches Refreshing Tea could improve the activities of antioxidant in vivo,and inhibit the occurrence of lipid peroxidation.Lotus Rush Pitches Refreshing Tea is worthy of exploiting as the healthful diet for Human.
