摘要: 管理信息系统的研制是卫生防疫网建设工程中最重要的项目之一.由于管理信息系统不仅具有技术特性,而且具有管理特性,因此管理系统的研制开发工作是一项非常复杂的系统工程.本文对卫生防疫网管理信息系统研制过程的若干主要问题做些研究.

Abstract: Developing Management information systems(MIS)is one of the major projects in building disease control computer network. Because MIS has both technology and management specialities,actually it is a very complex system engineering to develop.In this paper,some key problems in the process of developing MIS of disease control computer network are discussed.
