Abstract: To understand serological typing of tsutsug amushi disease occurr ed in Hebei province.Methods:Indirect immunofluoresent antibodytechniques were used for serological typing of the disease. Results:Serological typing of 27 cases of tsutsug amushi disease were identified as Gilliam typing.Cross-reactions in the serological detection were found among Gilliam,Kato and K arp ty ping.Comclusion:T sutsugamushi disease occur red in Hebei province were Gilliam serologicaltyping.
