氯化镉对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721抑制作用

Inhibition effect of cadmium chloride on human hepatocellular carcinoma cells SMMC-7721

      目的   研究氯化镉(CdCl 2)对人肝癌细胞(SMMC-7721)的抑制作用并探讨其作用机制。
      方法   应用生长曲线法、四甲基偶氮噻唑蓝法(MTT)、流式细胞术(FCM)检测CdCl 2对SMMC-7721的生长抑制及对细胞周期的影响。
      结果   CdCl 2对肝癌细胞SMMC-7721有明显的生长抑制作用, 且存在剂量-效应关系; 影响细胞周期进程并出现G0/G1期阻滞。
      结论   CdCl 2能有效抑制肝癌细胞株的生长, 其抑制作用可能与影响细胞周期进程有关。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To study the inhibition effect of cadmium chloride(CdCl 2)on detected by growth curve and methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT)assay, and cell cycle was determined by flow cytometry(FCM).
      Results   CdCl 2 showed inhibition effect on the proliferation of SMM C-7721 in dose-dependent manner.Cell cycle was arrested in G 0/G 1 phase.
      Conclusion   CdCl 2 possesses growth inhibition effect on hepatocellular carcinoma cells and the mechanism may be related to cell cycle arrested.
