济南市城乡居民血脂水平调查

Investigation on blood lipids of people from Jinan

摘要: 目的了解山东省济南市城乡居民血脂水平情况。方法采用整群抽样方法分别从济南市城区和农村抽取1 929名35~70岁城乡居民为调查对象。检测血脂总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),并按性别、年龄组进行对比分析。结果城市居民TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C均值高于农村居民,差异均有统计学意义。结论城市居民血脂各参数均值均高于农村居民。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the characteristics of blood lipid metabolism between city and country in Jinan.MethodA total of 1929 nesidents aged 35 to 70 were selected with the method of cluster sampling between city and country of Jinan.To comprare the TC、TG、HDL-C and LDL-C according to sex and age.ResultsThe metablism level of TC、TG、HDL-C and LDL-C was higher in city than in country,and there were significant statistically differences(P<0.05 or 0.01).ConclusionThe lipid level of residents in city was higher than thatin country.
