广州市学习障碍儿童碘及体质营养状况调查

Study on nutritional status of iodine and physical fitness in children with learning disorders in Guangzhou

  • 摘要: 目的 了解广州市学习障碍儿童尿碘及体质营养状况。方法 采用砷-铈接触法测定尿碘;应用学习困难儿童筛查量表结合平时成绩选出学习障碍(LD)组及对照组。采用瑞文智力测验测定智商,并测量身高、体重、上臂围及皮褶厚度。结果 尿碘中位数学习障碍(LD)组为216.6μg/L,<100μg/L者占22.8%;对照组为247.9μg/L,<100μg/L者占3.7%;2组尿碘值差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.37,P>0.05)。但2组尿碘<100μg/L与≥100μg/L的人数构成差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.65,P<0.01)。学习障碍(LD)组智商为97.8±13.1,对照组为117.4±11.8,2组智商差异有统计学意义(t=8.26,P<0.01)。2组儿童各项身体测量指标之间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Rohrer指数2组之间构成差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.88,P<0.05),学习障碍(LD)组肥胖者较多(17.5%),对照组瘦弱者较多(33.3%)。结论 广州市学习障碍(LD)儿童多数碘营养状况良好;但是学习障碍(LD)儿童中部分人缺碘,其与学习的关系有待进一步探讨。学习障碍(LD)儿童智商较对照组低,而肥胖者多于对照组。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the nutritional status of iodine and physical fitness in children with learning disabilities in Guangzhou.Methods The urinary iodine was measured with color imetic ceric-arsenic assay.Children with learning disabilities were screened with PRS(The Pupil Rating Scale Revised-Scr eening for LD)and school report,and their intelligence was examined with Combined Raven's Test.Height,weight and armcir cumference and skinfold thickness were measured.Results The median of urinary iodine in children with learning disabilities and contr ol group was 216.6 Lg/L and 247.9 Lg/L respectively.The median of urinary iodine showed no significant difference between them(Z=-1.37,P>0.05).The ratio of children with urinary iodine<100 Lg/L was 22.8% and 3.7% in control group respectively,significant difference was seen(χ2=8.65,P<0.01).Intelligence in LD group is lower than that in the control group(t=8.26,P<0.01).The physical measurement showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were obvious difference between the two groups in Rohrer index(χ2=7.88,P<0.05).T he ratio of obese children in LD group was more than that of the contro l(17.5% vs 5.6%).Contrast to the LD group,the control group had more emaciated children(33.3%).Conclusion Most of the children with learning disabilities in Guangzhou have good nutritional status of iodine,but they have lower urinary iodine than the control group.I ntelligence of LD group is lower than that of the control group.The relations between iodine deficiency and learning disabilities need further research.The ratio of obese children in LD group is more than that of the control.
