大蒜油体外抗流感病毒作用分析

Anti-influenza virus(H1N1) effect of garlic oil in vitro

  • 摘要: 目的 观察大蒜油体外抗流感病毒H1N1的作用。方法 采用细胞病变法(CPE)和四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法(MTT),测定大蒜油对狗肾细胞(MDCK)的毒性;分预防作用组、直接作用组、抗病毒吸附组和抗生物合成组4种加药方式观察大蒜油体外抗流感病毒的作用。结果 大蒜油在预防作用组、直接作用组和抗病毒吸附组抗病毒有效率(ER)均>50%,预防作用组ER值比阳性药利巴韦林对照组高22.5%(P<0.05),治疗指数(TI)均高于阳性药对照组(P<0.01)。结论 大蒜油体外有一定抗流感病毒的作用,安全性较高。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the anti-influenza virus(H1N1) effect of garlic oil in vitro.Methods Cytopathic effect(CPE) and methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) assay were used to evaluate the toxicity of garlic oil against Madin-Darby canine kidney(MDCK) cells.The anti-inflnenza virus(H1N1) effect of garlic oil in vitro was oserved in four experimental groups:precaution group,direct effect group,anti-adsorption group,and anti-biosynthesis group.Results The antivirus effective rate(ER) of garlic oil was higher(22.5%) than that of ribavirin positive control in precaution group(P<0.05).Therapeutic index(TI) of garlic oil was higher than that of ribavirin positive control in all groups(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion Garlic oil has strong antivirus effect on influenza A virus(H1N1) with high safety.
