Abstract: With the ageing of the society,the incidence of Alzheimer's disease(AD) is rising.As a result,severe physical pain and social burden will be brought.In recent years,the role of inflammatory response in AD has been focused on.This article makes a review on the possible mechanisms of astrocytes in the inflammation in AD.
