Abstract: Objective To explore the influence of clinicopathological factors on survival time of colorectal cancer,and to provide evidence for judging prognosis and choosing therapy method.Methods 118 cases with colorectal cancer were selected to study.Life table method was used to calculate survival rate.Log-rank test and proportional-hazards regression model (Cox model)were used to do univariate and multivariate analysis.Results The study showed that over-all survival rates were 83% at 1 year,71% at 3 years and 67% at 5 years.The result of multivariate Cox model analysis showed that the age,TNM stage and therapy method were independent prognostic factors of CRC.Conclusion TNM stage is important factor of influencing survival time for colorectal cancer patients,and it should be fully considered in therapy.
