摘要:
目的研究鸡胚尿囊绒膜-苔盼蓝吸收(CAM-TB)试验作为体内眼刺激试验(Draizetest)的替代方法检测化妆品产品时眼刺激性的可行性。
方法用该方法对17种化妆品的刺激性进行检测, 与Draizetest的结果进行比较, 作相关性分析。
结果 CAM-TB与Draizetest的相关系数为0.9375。
结论 CAM-TB试验可作为Draizetest眼刺激试验的一种替代方法, 用于评价化妆品对眼刺激性。

Abstract:
Objective To use the hen' egg test-chorio allantoic membrane typan blue(CAM-TB)as an alternative method of Draize eye irritation test to test the cosmetics eye irritation.
Methods 17 cosmetics were tested using CAM-TB and Draize eye irritation test and the results were compared.
Results The correlation coefficient between CAM-TB score and Draize eye irritation was 0.937 5.
Conclusion CAM-TB can be used as an alternative method of Draize eye irritation to test cosmetics eye irritation.
