离心光度法测定发样中痕量硒

  • 摘要: 建立了一个简便超高灵敏发样硒分光光度测定方法。以碘化物和罗丹明B显色剂与硒形成离子缔合物离心光度法测定痕量硒(Ⅳ).结果表明该法在0.01～0.50μgSe(Ⅱ)/10ml内符合比尔定律，摩尔吸光系数ε562=1.42×107L·cm-1·mol-1,CV:1.74%～3.63%,回收率95.4%～98.0%。

     

    Abstract: To establish a simple highly sensitive method for the detenn ination of selenium in hair.Se was measured with centrifugation spectrophotom etric with pdide and rhodam ine B as colour reagents to form ionic associate.
