Investigation on the Contamination of the Aquatie Products by Methyl Mercuric Compounds in Fifteen Provinces and Cities and Prelimi- nary Studyon the Sanitary Standard of These Compounds

摘要: 甲基汞毒性很强，几乎完全可被人体吸收，并对神经细胞具有选择性的毒性，其排泄缓慢，在人体内的半减期约70天左右，生物体内的半减期可长达1000天。甲基汞在鱼体内具有很强的富集作用，人体甲基汞的摄入主要来源于水产品的污染。

Abstract: The contents of methyl mercuric compounds is 1392 samples，of aquatic products from 15 provinces and cities were measured. The positity rate was 90.00/band the average contents was 0.0537 mg/kg. The range of methyl mercuric coateats in 1095 samples of fresh water fishes were 0-2.45mg/kg with an average of 0.056mg/kg, while those in 297 samples of sea fishes were 0-1.38mg/kg with as average of 0.0789 mg/kg.
