上海地区03岁小儿腹泻的病原学研究

On the Etiology of Diarrhea in Children of 0-3 Years of Age in Shanghai

摘要: 3岁以下小儿的急性腹泻发病率较高，我们于1983年6月至12月对上海地区0—3岁急性腹泻患儿的病原学进行了调查研究。

Abstract: Stool specimens were collected withinh 72 hours after the onset of aeute d1arrhea from 213 sick children at the age of 0-36 months and from 144 control children of the same age and sex. The detectable rate of enteric Pathogens was 62.9% in the diarrhea children and 18.1% in the control group. 127 strains of enteroPathogenic bacteria were isolated from diarrhea patients, of which,Bacillus dysenteriae accounted for 22.53% Campylobacter fetus,jejuni.
