摘要: 1984年3—4月在福州市城区发生肝炎暴发流行，其罹患率比前一年增长287%。为了弄清流行病型、特征及流行因素，进行了一系列调查研究，现将结果分析于下。

Abstract: An outbreak of epidemic hepatitis A had been occurred is the city proper of Fuzhou is March to April, 1984, giving a morbidity of 456-539/10⁵. The suburban districts and counties were calm.The epidemic sustained for two months, showed a steep epidemic curve with the peak at the middle of March and declined quickly after April.
