病毒性乙型肝炎表面抗原携带者转归的研究

A Study on Sero一conversion of HBsAg Carriers

摘要: HBsAg阳性与阴性对照者，经4年的转归研究，325例HBsAg阳性者，阴转52例，阴转率为16%，发展为慢性肝炎者46例，占14.15%。对照组325例中阳性57例，感染率为17.54%。并发现阴转率与年龄大小及HBsAg滴度高低密切相关。

Abstract: A four-year stud on sero-conversion of HBsAg carriers was carried out,In 325 cases in the HBsAg-positive group,52 of them converted to negative,with a conversion rate of　16%,and 14.15% of this group developed chronic hepatitis.
