健康儿童抗人轮状病毒IgG抗体水平的调查

Investigation on the Level of IgG Antibody to Human Rotavirus in Healthy Children

摘要: 本实验采用抗人轮状病毒II亚组杭原的单克隆抗体56a包被yo株做检侧抗原的间接ELISA法，检测1 62例昆明地区健康儿童抗人轮状病毒I g G血清抗体水平，其阳性率为84.92%。该法简便敏感适合未来病毒疫苗的评价。

Abstract: Indirect ELISA was used to examine the level of IgG antibody against human rotavirus in the serum samples collected from 126 healthy children,4 monthsto 12 years old,in Kunming,Yunnan Province.
