苦瓜毒性及抗肿瘤试验研究

Study of Toxicity and Ant-i Turmor on Momordica Charatia L. ??

摘要: 对市售苦瓜进行了毒性及抗肿瘤活性研究，结果表明苦瓜汁经口给药LD50 > 20ml/kg; 腹腔注射给药LD50 =296-3 mg/kg.苦瓜汁经口给药对S180 无抑制作用，但腹腔注射则有抑制作用，抑制率达39-3%;相反，苦瓜渣醇提物经口给药有抑制作用，抑制率达37-1%,而腹腔注射给药则无效。

Abstract: The tox icity and ant-i tumor activity of Momor dica charatia L. were studied. T he r esults showed the acute LD50 value of Momordica charatia L. jiuce in gastr ic( ig) was??20mg/ kg and LD50=296??3mg/ kg injected intr aper itoneally. The juice of Momor dica charatia L. didn't show any inhibitor y action to S- 180 byig, but the ratio of inhibit ion w as 39. 3% by ip. On the contrar y, the extract of Momordica char at ia L. residue w hich were extr acted by a-lcohol didn't show inhibitory action to S- 180 by ip, but did byig, and the ratio of inhibition was up to 37. 1%.
