Indirect detection of VB12 in vitamin B complex tablets with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

  • 摘要:
      目的  建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法间接测定B族维生素片中维生素B12含量的方法。
      方法  样品经微波消解后,采用在线加入内标校正基体效应,用ICP-MS测定钴离子浓度间接测定样品中维生素B12的含量。
      结果  本方法在1.0~100.0 μg/L线性范围内具有良好的线性关系(r > 0.999),加标回收率为95.0 %~104.0 %,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.17%~3.03%,方法检出限为0.014 mg/kg,定量下限为0.041 mg/kg。
      结论  本方法简单、灵敏、准确,适用于B族维生素片中维生素B12的测定。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method for indirect detection of vitamin B12 content in vitamin B complex tablets.
      Methods  The sample was pretreated with microwave digestion and the matrix effect was corrected with the in-line addition of internal standards. Vitamin B12 was determined indirectly with the detection of cobalt ions in the sample.
      Results  The linearity range of the established method was satisfying for the concentration of 1.0 – 100 .0 g/L, with the the correlation coefficients of greater than 0.999. The average recoveries were 95.0% – 104.0%, with a relative standard deviation of 1.17% – 3.03%. The limit of detection (LOD) was 0.014 mg/kg and the limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.041 mg/kg.
      Conclusion  The method is simple, sensitive, accurate, and applicable for the detection of vitamin B12 content in vitamin B complex tablets.
