大学生艾滋病认知及相关行为调查

AIDS knowledge and related behavior among college students

      目的  了解大学生对艾滋病认知及相关行为情况,为大学生健康行为干预提供科学依据。
      方法  于2015年10月 — 2016年5月,对辽宁省大连市某语言类学校发放问卷进行艾滋病相关知识、态度与性行为的调查,并对结果进行对比分析。
      结果  在校大学生对艾滋病传播途径知晓情况较好,平均知晓率为86.5 %,对艾滋病非传播途径知晓情况有待加强,平均知晓率为52.65 %。55.2 %的人介意同艾滋病患者有身体接触。大学生性行为存在安全隐患,如安全套使用率低,无固定性伴侣等。
      结论  在校大学生艾滋病知识了解不全面,危险行为普遍存在,在校大学生的艾滋病防治工作要引起有关部门的重视,注重艾滋病预防技能的培养。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To assess human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immune deficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) related knowledge, attitudes and behaviors among college students and to provide evidences for implementing health interventions in the students.
      Methods  We conducted a self-administrative questionnaire survey on HIV/AIDS related knowledge, attitudes and behaviors among 1 600 college students selected from a language university in Dalian city with stratified cluster sampling between October 2015 and May 2016. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0.
      Results  The average awareness rate for HIV transmission route was 86.5%, while that for non-transmission routes of HIV was only 52.65% among the 1 552 participants with eligible information. 55.2% of the participants reported discrimination against AIDS patients; prevalent high risk HIV/AIDS related sexual behaviors as without condom use during sexual activity and with multiple sexual partner were also reported by a number of the participants.
      Conclusion  Lack of comprehensive HIV/AIDS related knowledge and high risk HIV/AIDS related behaviors are prevalent among college students and the situation should be concerned by relevant government agencies and education on AIDS prevention skills needs to be improved.
