江苏省内小麦粉中4种交链孢毒素污染情况调查

Contamination of four Alternaria toxins in wheat flour sampled in Jiangsu province

      目的  通过对2016年江苏省内流通环节小麦粉的检测分析,了解江苏省内小麦粉的交链孢毒素污染状况。
      方法  江苏省12个地区随机抽样方法,采集105份小麦粉,样品经超声提取,过HLB固相萃取柱净化,超高效液相色谱串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定4种交链孢毒素含量及污染水平。
      结果  12个地区105份小麦粉样品的4种交链孢毒素均有检出,其中交链孢酚单甲醚(TeA)、交链孢酚(AOH)、腾毒素(TEN)检出率均为100 %,TeA的污染水平为5.9~173.5 μg/kg(平均值为56.1 μg/kg);AOH的污染水平为1.4~4.7 μg/kg(平均值为2.0 μg/kg);TEN的污染水平为1.4~15.5 μg/kg, (平均值为6.7 μg/kg);交链孢酚单甲醚(AME)检出率为88 %,污染水平为0.2~8.2 μg/kg (平均值为1.2 μg/kg)。
      结论  江苏省内流通环节小麦粉的交链孢毒素污染均存在,但污染水平与文献报道相比处于较低水平。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To detect Alternaria toxins in wheat flour samples collected in Jiangsu province and to examine Alternaria contamination to wheat.
      Methods  Totally 105 wheat flour samples were collected from supper markets, street markets and retail stores in 12 regions of Jiangsu province in 2016. After ultrasonic extraction and purification with HLB solid-phase extraction column, tenuazonic acid (TeA), alternariol (AOH), tentoxin (TEN), and alternariol methyl ether (AME) in the samples were detected with ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS).
      Results  All the four Alternaria toxins were detected in the 105 wheat flour samples and the detection rate of TEN was 100%. For the detected samples, the concentration ranged 5.9 – 173.5 μg/Kg (mean = 56.1 μg/Kg) for TeA, 1.4 –4.7 μg/Kg (2.0 μg/Kg) for AOH, and 1.4 – 15.5 μg/Kg (6.7 μg/Kg) for TEN, respectively. The detection rate of AME was 88%, with the concentrations ranging from 0.2 to 8.2 μg/Kg and a mean of 1.2 μg/Kg.
      Conclusion  There is Alternaria toxin contamination for wheat flour retailed in markets in Jiangsu province, but the contamination levels are relatively low compared to those reported.
