核酸适配体在真菌毒素检测中研究进展

Progress in researches on utilization of aptamers in mycotoxin detection

  • 摘要: 核酸适配体是指在体外利用指数富集的配基系统进化技术筛选得到的核酸(DNA或RNA)片段。基于核酸适配体的检测方法具有特异性高、稳定性好、易于修饰等优点,在真菌毒素检测领域得到了广泛的关注和应用。本文在传统检测方法的基础上,着重介绍核酸适配体在真菌毒素检测领域中的研究进展,并提出目前存在的问题及发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: Aptamers are single stranded DNA or RNA molecules obtained with systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment (SELEX). The detection method based on aptamers draws extensive attentions and applications in the field of mycotoxin detection due to many obvious advantages such as high specificity, good stability and easy modification. This article describes the latest progress of aptamer utilization in mycotoxin detection and proposes the existing problems and development trend based on the conventional detection method.
